Regional Sales Manager (East) – Energy Markets

Location: Candidate must be based on the East Coast of the United States.

A remote opportunity is open for a proven Regional Sales Manager to lead engineered equipment sales across U.S. energy markets. This position focuses on expanding direct sales to EPCs, OEMs, and end users involved in non-nuclear energy technologies. Candidates should bring strong technical knowledge of pump systems and a successful track record in value-based industrial sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive direct order intake and margin growth across assigned energy markets
• Build and maintain relationships with EPCs, OEMs, engineering firms, and key end users
• Identify and develop new OEM partnerships and customer opportunities
• Guide Inside Sales teams to ensure timely, accurate responses to RFQs and quote delivery
• Maintain and manage pipeline and forecasting tools (CRM) with high accuracy
• Review and negotiate contract terms within company guidelines
• Influence technical specifications to position product advantages
• Align with cross-functional teams on product-market fit and development initiatives
• Represent the organization at industry trade shows, events, and technical conferences

Qualifications:

• B.S. in Engineering or a related technical field
• 5–7+ years of experience in technical sales, ideally within pumps or similar industrial equipment
• Proven ability to sell into complex environments, especially with EPC and OEM partners
• Experience developing specifications and competitive positioning in engineered solutions
• Strong understanding of pump systems, process engineering, and auxiliary equipment
• Skilled in contract negotiation and margin management
• Proficient in CRM systems and managing opportunity pipelines
• Willing and able to travel ~60% for customer engagement and business development.
