We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented
Systems Analyst
to support and evolve our CRM, CPQ, ERP, and other platforms as part of the Digital Solutions team. This role is critical in enabling operational efficiency across departments by enhancing system functionality, maintaining system integrity, and driving configuration and integration initiatives. The ideal candidate combines technical aptitude, platform experience, and strong communication skills to bridge business needs with system capabilities. This position supports daily operations, larger project initiatives, and long-term scalability of tools that are vital to Sales, Engineering, Field Service, Product and Project Management teams. What You'll Do: CRM & CPQ System Enhancements Partner with business stakeholders to gather and translate functional requirements into scalable system enhancements. Configure Salesforce functionality using declarative tools including
Flows ,
Process Builder ,
Validation Rules , and
Custom Objects . Extend Sales and Revenue Cloud capabilities using
Salesforce CPQ
and
Logik.io , especially for complex product configurations. Collaborate with Engineering and Operations teams to maintain alignment between
Salesforce CPQ , ERP systems, and 3D modeling workflows. System Support & Maintenance Investigate and resolve bugs, data integrity issues, or system errors in Salesforce and other systems integrated with it. Monitor user-reported issues and prioritize support tickets in collaboration with business stakeholders. Maintain and update system documentation, configuration notes, and process flows to reflect current-state architecture. Integration & Automation Support and maintain integrations between Salesforce, ERP, and third-party platforms using APIs or middleware tools like MuleSoft and Zapier. Work with internal developers or external vendors to enhance or troubleshoot API connections. Automate manual processes using
low-code/no-code tools
such as
Salesforce Flow , ERP workflows, or integration platforms. Deployment & Change Management Use
Gearset
to manage version control, deployment pipelines, and sandbox changes for Salesforce development. Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and change management activities to ensure smooth deployments. Coordinate with QA or admin teams to validate functionality across environments before production releases. Cross-Functional Collaboration Serve as a systems liaison between Sales, Engineering, Field Services, Product and Project Management, and IT teams to ensure end-to-end solution design. Help departments understand current capabilities and drive adoption of new tools or workflows. Conduct training or knowledge transfer sessions to support end users and power users. Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or CRM Admin role. Hands-on experience configuring and supporting
Salesforce
in a professional environment. Working knowledge of
Salesforce CPQ
and/or
Logik.io , especially related to guided selling or product rule configuration. Familiarity with
ERP systems
(e.g., Syspro, NetSuite, SAP, etc.) and how they integrate with CRM. Understanding of
APIs
and system integration concepts. Experience with
deployment tools
like Gearset, Copado, or similar. Ability to manage competing priorities, communicate effectively across departments, and document technical work clearly. Bachelor's degree in business, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field OR and equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. What Qualifies You: Experience with 3D product modeling or CAD systems, especially in integration with CPQ or ERP tools. Familiarity with database concepts (e.g., SQL, data schemas) and data transformation logic. Familiarity with tools like Zapier and MuleSoft. Experience with low-code platforms beyond Salesforce (e.g., Power Apps, ServiceNow). Professional experience in Agile Scrum processes and management structure Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a high attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication and an ability to translate technical details for non-technical users. Self-starter attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Organized and methodical with a continuous improvement mindset.
