Our client, a high-profile Omaha-based organization, has retained us in their search for a business-minded Director of Legal to join their dynamic leadership team.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Director of Legal will collaborate with C-Suite, Board, and others to ensure legal integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing advice and counsel to senior leadership on a diverse range of legal, regulatory, administrative matters.
• Leading the review, negotiation and management of a wide range of complex contracts, agreements, partnerships, and business transactions
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to address risks and proactively ensure ongoing compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Managing relationships with external law firms
• Actively engaging with the C-Suite and other stakeholders to support business operations and ensure alignment of legal, administrative, and operational priorities
