Position Overview: The office clerk will provide general office assistance and support to the Location Supervisor
Essential Job Functions:
- Answers incoming telephone calls and transfers appropriately
- Assists customers at the public counter.
- Provide verbal assistance to customers when needed over intercom
- Collects payments for employees/customersparking permits
- Assists supervisor and co-workers with miscellaneous tasks as required
- Types correspondence and photocopies as required
- Other clerical duties and/or special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Parking experience preferred, but not required
- Superb customer service skill is a must
- Ability to fluently communicate, read and write in English.
- Have sufficient office and computer skills
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Use of calculator and general mathematical skills required
- Excellent verbal skills
- Must be able to multitask.
- Must be able to clear a background check
- Ability to understandand follow instructions.
