Cyber Security Administrator II / Information Security Analyst Senior
Transform technology into opportunity as a Cyber Security Administrator II / Information Security Analyst Senior with GDIT. Our work depends on the Cybersecurity Specialist joining our team with an active Secret clearance, in support of SEIM focused programs. How A Cyber Security Administrator II Will Make An Impact: Performs all procedures necessary to ensure the safety of information systems assets and to protect systems from intentional or inadvertent access or destruction Responsible for implementation and maintenance, such as platform and software patching, of operating system and related software in support of cyber related activities. Establishes and implements standards for computer operations, consistent with documented customer cyber policies, for compatibility between hardware and software, according to specifications and parameters. Monitors system resources, aids in the design, and implements backup and recovery processes, and troubleshoots system issues and outages. Schedules, performs, and monitors system backups and, when necessary, performs data recoveries. Automates processes to streamline monitoring, troubleshooting, deployment, and maintenance capabilities. What You'll Need To Succeed: Bachelor's degree (or three (3) yrs of additional experience in lieu of degree) Requires three (3+) years of related experience The position requires an active Secret clearance is required.
