Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr The Senior Financial Analyst is a key individual contributor within Kedrion's U.S. finance team, responsible for delivering high-quality financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting. This role supports the Kedrion's Finance Director and the broader Kedrion leadership team by providing actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and enhance financial performance. This position plays a central role in consolidating financial data, preparing management reports, and supporting planning cycles including budgets and forecasts. The Senior Financial Analyst collaborates cross-functionally with finance and operational stakeholders in a matrixed environment but does not have direct reports. Key Responsibilities Financial Analysis & Reporting Lead the preparation of monthly management reports, dashboards, and KPIs with insightful commentary on trends, variances, and business drivers. Perform in-depth financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and performance improvement efforts. Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario planning, profitability analysis, and long-range planning. Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data through reconciliations and journal entries during month-end and quarter-end close processes. Serve as the primary owner of reporting and analysis for Corporate G&A and CAPEX, ensuring data integrity and alignment with business objectives. Support the preparation of presentations and reports for senior leadership and Group FP&A. Budgeting & Forecasting Support the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with corporate timelines and strategic objectives. Consolidate inputs from various departments, validate assumptions, and manage version control and change tracking. Provide variance analysis and identify risks and opportunities to improve forecast accuracy. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with key stakeholders across finance, operations, and corporate functions to gather inputs, validate data, and align on financial targets. Serve as a subject matter expert on financial performance, offering guidance and recommendations to support business decisions. Support internal and external audit processes by providing timely and accurate financial data. Process Improvement & Special Projects Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and enhance data visualization and accessibility. Contribute to the implementation of financial systems, tools, and best practices. Lead or support ad hoc projects and strategic analyses as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of relevant financial analysis or FP&A experience; or Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) with 1–2 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial modeling); experience with SAP or other ERP systems preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative with a continuous improvement mindset.
