Come tilt with us. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Frontend Engineer to joinour dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record ofconstructing high-performance, attractive, and responsive user experiences. Responsibilities Lead and manage frontend projects, ensuring timely delivery andhigh-quality standards, including code quality and maintainability. Mentor junior developers and delegate tasks effectively. Monitor and set up telemetry for the improvement of web vitals,performance, and experience scores. Develop and maintain user-facing features using modern frontendtechnologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship newfeatures. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Stay up-to-date with emerging frontend technologies and best practices. Required Skills and Experience ReactJS with a framework like NextJS: In-depth experience with ReactJSand a framework such as NextJS. Redux : Solid understanding and practical application of Redux for statemanagement. Styling Frameworks: Expertise in applying Tailwind CSS according to bestpractices. React Hooks : A solid understanding of all React hooks. API Consumption: Experience with REST APIs, gRPC, and websockets. Project Leadership: Proven experience leading and managing frontendprojects. Mentorship and Delegation: Ability to mentor junior developers anddelegate tasks effectively. Telemetry and Performance Monitoring: Experience with monitoring andsetting up telemetry for web vitals, performance, and experience scores. Adaptability : Strong adaptability to rapidly changing industry ecosystemsand a proactive approach to seizing opportunities. Leadership and Communication: Exceptional leadership, communication,and interpersonal skills. Responsive Design: Strong understanding of responsive design and webdevelopment best practices. Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work underpressure. Industry Experience: Demonstrated expertise in crafting products toservice the gaming industry, or experience developing frontend productsfor a substantial user base. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) HTML5 Animation Frameworks: Experience with HTML5 animationframeworks. HTML5 Canvas: Knowledge of HTML5 Canvas 2D and 3D contexts orframeworks (e.g., PixiJS, Three.js). Domain Knowledge: Knowledge of the cryptocurrency ecosystem, fintech,igaming, and/or trading.
