We're working with a rapidly growing consumer wellness startup that's redefining how people engage with food, health, and everyday well-being. Backed by top-tier investors and led by a product-driven founding team, they're building a mobile-first platform using modern design tools and cross-functional collaboration. This is a full-time remote opportunity.
This is an incredible opportunity for an android engineer who loves early-stage momentum and thrives in collaborative environments. You'll be the second full-time android engineer on the team, partnering directly with the founding iOS engineer, CTO, and product org. They're looking for someone who has built evolved Android apps programmed in Kotlin. If you're energized by 0 to 1 work, fast learning cycles, and having a true seat at the table, you'll love this.
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience building sophisticated mobile products Fluency in Kotlin Experience collaborating with engineers and product teams in fast-paced/startup environments Desired Skills & Experience
Prior experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup Interest or background in wellness, health tech, or habit-building products Strong communication and ability to work cross-functionally What You Will Be Doing
Tech Breakdown
100% Kotlin and Jetpack Compose Tech Stack: Native mobile and web (iOS/Android + React-based platform) with MVVM architecture, Python backend, React frontend, & a Postgres database. Daily Responsibilities
90% Hands-on engineering work 10% Strategy & cross-functional collaboration
