Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a SAP Source and Make Senior Systems Analyst. The expected annual salary range for this role is $123,750 - $181,500. Salaries are based on candidate skills, experience, qualifications, market, and business considerations. What you’ll do: Job Summary: This position requires understanding and driving regional solutions, implementing controls that are fully auditable and compliant with standards, working within the SAP Governance framework. The Lead System Analyst will drive process standardization, solution reusability, automation, and highlight opportunities through deploying innovative AI technologies. The Source & Make Lead System Analyst should be an expert in SAP modules (MM/PP/PM/WM/QM), with a good understanding of touchpoints with other modules (especially CS, SD, FI, CO) within a highly integrated IT landscape of manufacturing and distribution centers. Expertise in materials management, production planning, plant maintenance, warehousing, and quality management is essential. Job Responsibilities: Deep functional and business process knowledge of target applications, demonstrating global leadership. Partner with global decision makers and business process owners on system requirements, processes, and systems. Manage requirements following global templates and guidelines, ensuring solutions benefit all users, sites, divisions, and regions. Own the setup and governance of consolidated, worldwide target processes. Apply strong analytical skills to evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level info, and understand user needs versus solution ideas. Apply governance processes to change control and system development lifecycle, ensuring regression testing for system integrity. Support end-to-end processes with a strong understanding of system touchpoints. Ensure solutions align with global governance standards. Communicate effectively with senior global leaders, explaining complex issues in business language. Drive innovation. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications (Must Haves): Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Minimum of 7 years in SAP configuration and implementation. Must be a U.S. person due to export-controlled information regulations. No relocation offered; candidates must reside within 50 miles of specified locations. Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in ECC and S4. Experience with cross-functional modules and integrations. Technical Knowledge: Exceptional SAP Source & Make functional expertise across materials management, production planning, warehousing, quality management, plant maintenance, with integration experience and basic EDI knowledge. S4 experience is preferred. Demonstrated full lifecycle project expertise, with advanced understanding of core programming and databases. Skills: Problem-solving with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement solutions. Strong communication skills to present technical info to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies. Understanding of DevSecOps principles.
