Expert proficiency in Revit is required. You should be highly skilled and comfortable working in Revit as your primary drafting tool; proficiency will be assessed as part of the application process. Strong command of AutoCAD and other drafting software for the production of architectural and construction drawings. Solid experience preparing detailed architectural and construction documents. Excellent drawing skills, with a focus on accuracy, precision, and attention to detail. Previous experience in architecture and planning; residential project experience is strongly preferred. Proven ability to interpret design intent and translate concepts into clear technical documentation. Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
