KPMG is currently seeking a Sr. Associate, Workday in Technology Enablement for our Consulting practice.
Responsibilities:
Participate in Workday HCM projects involving strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization related to IT operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for Workday applications.
Review and map Workday business processes.
Execute the day-to-day activities of Workday advisory engagements for various clients, including process design, implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews.
Review business processes and advise clients on system services available within Workday.
Identify and communicate findings to senior management and client personnel.
Qualifications:
At least three years of experience as a Functional Lead consultant with Workday Compensation / Advanced Compensation implementation and upgrade experience.
Minimum of three full lifecycle implementations with Workday Compensation / Advanced Compensation as a Functional Lead or Architect, with current Workday certification in Compensation.
Experience leading functional design, configuration, and process alignment.
Understanding of ERP system concepts and module functionality.
Knowledge of Workday Compensation / Advanced Compensation processes and best practices.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
Ability to travel up to 70%.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

this link . California salary range: $91,000 - $177,400.
