Investor Relations & Capital Raising Associate – Private Equity / Private Credit
A
growing private equity and private credit investment firm
is seeking an
Investor Relations & Capital Raising Associate
to support fundraising efforts, investor engagement, and business development. This is a great opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, manage LP relationships, and contribute to
capital-raising initiatives across institutional investors, RIAs, and family offices . Key Responsibilities: Support
capital raising efforts , assisting with investor outreach and engagement. Manage
LP communications, investor reporting, and due diligence requests . Assist in
marketing materials, investor presentations, RFPs, and DDQs . Identify and develop
new capital sources
to expand the firm’s investor base. Work closely with senior leadership on
fundraising strategy and investor relations . Ideal Candidate: 2-5 years of experience
in
investor relations, fundraising, or capital raising , ideally in
private equity or private credit . Experience working with
institutional investors, RIAs, and family offices . Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail. Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter, and team player. Willingness to
travel for investor meetings and roadshows . This is an exciting opportunity to
