As AI coding accelerates development, MindFort's AI agents will be crucial for security teams to keep pace.

Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer with a focus on backend and AI. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, API design, and system architecture. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications and AI agent systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop modular, reusable, and maintainable features in Python.
• Implement features following best software design practices.
• Build and maintain complex features emphasizing performance and scalability.
• Design and create APIs in Python for AI agents.
• Build agentic AI systems and tools for cybersecurity applications.
• Understand database systems, especially Postgres SQL.
• Create backend services using RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or other protocols.
• Build backend systems using Docker, Kubernetes.
• Analyze backend performance bottlenecks and optimize accordingly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with AI tools like Cursor to enhance development.
• Strong knowledge of Python, API design, databases, AI libraries, and LLMs.
• Deep understanding of Python and AI, including advanced features and design principles. Experience with Agentic AI architectures and creating AI agents.
• Strong grasp of API design, building scalable systems, microservices, and distributed architectures.
• Proficiency with Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
• Experience with CI/CD practices and tools.
• Experience working in Agile environments using Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.

Nice To Have

• Experience developing AI applications and products.
• Background in cybersecurity, web vulnerabilities, and security tools.
• Experience with LLM models, serving frameworks, and inference architectures.
• Strong design principles for backend components in AI products.
• Relocation support available.
