Responsibilities & Qualifications
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the implementation, operation, and support of voice and data communication networks, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
Oversee the engineering, integration, and optimization of wireless and voice/data systems, ensuring scalability and compliance with government standards.
Develop andmaintainproject plans, schedules, and budgets for wireless and voice communication initiatives, ensuring alignment with operational needs.
Provide technical leadership in the design, configuration, and maintenance of voice and data communication infrastructure.
Supervise and coordinate multiple task teams supporting wireless and voice/data communications, ensuring project success.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment with businessobjectives.
Ensure compliance with government and industry standards related to classified and unclassified voice/data communication systems.
Lead the identification, troubleshooting, and resolution of network and communication system issues, improving performance and security.
Manage financial planning, staffing, procurement, and resource distribution to support communication infrastructure projects.
Develop andmaintaintechnical documentation, reports, and briefings on system performance, security, and operational improvements.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
Eight years of experience in information technology, including:
Three years of management or supervisory experience
Three years of specialized experience in voice/data communications engineering
Certifications:
CompTIA Security+ Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Clearance:
MustpossessaSecretclearance
