Designing Solutions: Apply technical knowledge to meet customer outcomes and solve problems independently. Implementing Solutions: Develop core software, ensuring stability, scalability, and resilience, either independently or collaboratively. Learning and Applying New Techniques: Share innovative ideas with the team and encourage continuous learning. Collaborating within the Team: Participate in planning sessions, help decompose work, and remove technical roadblocks. Defining Engineering Standards and Patterns: Contribute to developing engineering practices, templates, and frameworks. Top Skills: Kafka, AWS, Observability, Datadog, Java, DynamoDB, CloudWatch Qualifications: Experience in hybrid development and platform engineering, strong understanding of cloud data architectures, and effective communication skills.
