Position Overview RS&H is seeking a Senior Project Director to join our Innovative Program Advisory Service Group. This role involves supporting various alternative delivery programs and projects nationwide, utilizing progressive methods such as design-build, CMGC/CMAR, and P3 (DBF/DBFOM). Responsibilities include developing implementation manuals, stakeholder education, and managing project documentation to meet FHWA requirements. Key Responsibilities
Support and serve as a technical leader on alternative delivery projects for state DOTs across multiple states. Lead project pursuits, manage project teams, and contribute to business growth. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 20 years in alternative delivery, including design-build, P3, etc. At least 10 years of project management experience on large transportation projects. Experience working with state DOTs and managing complex tasks within timelines and budgets. Preferred Skills
Active Professional Engineering license, AICP, DBIA, or PMP certification. Additional Information This position is full-time, senior-level, and within the management and manufacturing job functions in civil engineering, architecture, planning, and construction industries.
