The role involves leading the implementation and scaling of UiPath AI and automation solutions for clients, providing expert guidance on infrastructure planning, and mentoring developers to enhance their UiPath expertise. Responsibilities: • Provide expert guidance on infrastructure planning and platform architecture for UiPath solutions, specifically a cloud migration effort • Evaluate potential automation candidates and contribute to prioritization strategies to maximize business value • Design detailed and robust technical solutions for UiPath automation projects, ensuring scalability and efficiency • Develop both attended and unattended UiPath automation solutions, leveraging best practices and the latest platform features • Provide oversight and technical guidance to offshore development teams, ensuring adherence to UiPath and client best practices and standards • Conduct comprehensive design and code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and compliance with architectural standards • Coordinate with client business stakeholders to under Process Design Documents and then provide direction to developers to implement according to stakeholders’ expectations • Guide UAT efforts to align to requirements • Mentor and train developers to enhance their UiPath expertise, promoting skill development and professional growth Qualifications: Required: • 10+ years of overall professional experience in technology or software development • At least 4 years in a technical architect role, with a focus on designing and implementing enterprise solutions • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in UiPath architecture and development • Proven experience with UiPath Automation Suite and Cloud • Proficiency in Microsoft .NET (VB and C#) or VBA • Strong understanding of Microsoft SQL Server • Experience working with APIs and databases • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment • Proficient use of Microsoft Office productivity tools, including Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint Preferred: • Familiarity with UiPath Action Center, AI Center, and Document Understanding • Knowledge of UiPath Process Mining, Task Mining, and AutoPilot • Experience with Generative AI and its applications • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS • UiPath Infrastructure Engineer training Company: CGI is an IT and business consulting services firm that offers consulting, cyber security, cloud, and IT services.
