Base pay range

$210,000.00/yr - $265,000.00/yr

Direct multiple software engineering groups or teams in development projects throughout the entire cycle from initial concept through successful completion. Areas of responsibility include software instrumentation, meter software, connectivity, and software quality assurance.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and direct software engineering functional areas to help meet goals and objectives of the organization.
• Establish the tasks software functional areas need to accomplish and set priorities.
• Assist engineering groups in identifying goals and meeting objectives.
• Perform other engineering and managerial duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Ability to establish product specifications and implement plans.
• Ability to utilize resources effectively and to enhance group productivity and product quality.
• Ability to use different approaches to influence and manage a group.

Education and Experience:

• 15+ years of software engineering experience in an FDA regulated product environment.
• 10+ years of experience leading a software engineering functional area.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering.
