Job Responsibilities Design and implement rule-based and model-based Behavior-Planning and Motion-Planning algorithms for autonomous driving, including urban, highway, unstructured areas, and parking. Test, debug, optimize, and ensure business requirements are met for autonomous driving systems. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams on hardware/software integration. Job Requirements MS/Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or related fields with 3-5+ years of software engineering experience. Deep knowledge of optimization and mathematics. Proficiency in C/C++ programming. Experience with autonomous driving stack algorithms, such as prediction, planning, parking. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of non-linear and quadratic optimization. Background in autonomous driving and machine learning. Experience in model-based perception and planning modules.
