This role involves working in a classified environment alongside a multidisciplinary team of hardware and software engineers to develop cutting-edge networking solutions. Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled FPGA Engineer with extensive experience in high-speed digital design and system integration. This role involves working in a classified environment alongside a multidisciplinary team of hardware and software engineers to develop cutting-edge networking solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement RTL for high-speed networking applications. Develop custom IP cores and integrate third-party IP into complex FPGA designs. Achieve timing closure across multi-clock domain systems. Collaborate closely with hardware and software teams in a secure, classified setting. Lead FPGA implementation, optimization, and support verification and debugging processes.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or related field). 7+ years of hands-on FPGA development experience. Proficiency in SystemVerilog and RTL design methodologies. Deep expertise with Xilinx and/or Intel FPGA toolchains. Strong experience in high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, Ethernet, and DDR.
Preferred Skills
Experience with network security applications and protocols. Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python and Tcl. Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in digital design.
Technical Skills
Languages & Tools: Verilog, VHDL, SystemVerilog, Python, Matlab, C++ Platforms: Xilinx, Intel FPGAs Domains: Digital Design, Hardware Engineering, High-Speed Interfaces
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $160000.00 - $200000.00/yr.
