You will be the FPGA Engineering Lead for our team, responsible for leading the architecture design, development, and implementation of video processing systems using Field-Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs). Our team is responsible for designing and developing innovative video processing solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. As the FPGA Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development of FPGA-based video processing systems. Your responsibilities will include: Developing and implementing FPGA architecture designs for video processing systems Creating and managing FPGA development plans, including tasking for design capture, simulation, integration, validation, and sustainment Interfacing with multiple engineering disciplines, including coordinating FPGA development with various teams Designing and implementing interfaces with various peripherals, such as I2C, SPI, PCIe, DDR SDRAM, and Ethernet Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery We're looking for a highly skilled and collaborative FPGA Engineering Lead to join our team. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor of Science or higher from an accredited college in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education HDL programming experience with VHDL, Verilog, and/or System Verilog Experience in Hardware-Software Integration and Validation Familiarity with FPGA toolsets Needs ability to obtain/maintain a secret clearance. US citizenship required. Desired Skills: Experience with management of Configuration Control (GitLab preferred) Team and Design lead experience Experience with Microchip (MicroSemi) and Libero SoC Design toolsets Familiarity with FPGA Vivado/Vitis toolsets Experience with UVM Experience working with Polarfire devices Experience with C/C++ programming Experience with troubleshooting and debugging with board-level testing and FPGA validation Experience in ASIC / FPGA life cycle (architecture, design, simulation, verification, validation, integration & test) Expert programming Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGA) or Complex Programmable Logic Devices (CPLD) Comfortable using digital oscilloscopes, power meters, and other test equipment Experience with standard complex subsystem interfaces using PCIe, Ethernet, etc. Experience with electronics design and troubleshooting activities Experience Integrating HW and SW Active Secret Clearance with most recent investigation in the last 5 years This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
