Assist during the pre-sales phase Define the project’s scope and objectives Create, edit, and review project documentation Budgetary estimations and financial report tracking Define and monitor the timeline throughout the project lifecycle Ensure transitions between project phases are communicated effectively Liaise and communicate with all project stakeholders to ensure expectations are clear and deliverables are timely Work bilaterally with both the customer and product teams to ensure features and development timelines meet project requirements Manage all project-based contractors and 3rd party engagements Clear, comprehensive, and ongoing reporting to key stakeholders Define project purchasing needs and work with the EVS Procurement department Manage the development, validation, installation, and acceptance of the customer solution in the factory and at the customer site Ensure technical support for customer Go-live via operational readiness Integrate support team activities before start-up ensuring clean hand-off to support team Key aspects of the position are: Internal & External communications-Managing expectations Document, Timeline & Process Management Risk Management & Escalation Technical Solution & Implementation Management Strong working knowledge of broadcasting workflows Profile
Bachelor's degree in Elect. Eng / Computer Science / Business Management Minimum 3 years / preferably 5 years of experience with technical project management in or around the Broadcast industry / Systems Integration Some form of project, product, and/or team leadership experience Strong working knowledge of Production, Post, Transmission, and OB operational workflows Organized self-starter who achieves high-quality deliverables, results-oriented Goal-oriented team player who communicates with and leverages peer knowledge Balanced leadership- Time and Task balance across multiple projects Excellent communication skills, written and verbal High-stress resistance; Ability to manage crisis situations with grace and balance priorities Technology & Solutions minded Eager learner who always seeks more insights The following experiences are not mandatory but will be considered an asset: Certifications: PM Practice such as PMP, Prince, or ITIL Experience in an international environment Proven expertise on technical deployment or technology projects Ability to work remotely and travel as needed Aligned with EVS values: Innovation, Passion, Excellence, Agility, Accountability, Teamwork, and Customer Success Knowledge of EVS products Knowledge of IP-based production workflows and Networking Languages : Knowledge of other languages is an asset Offer
