They are seeking a Product Analyst II to respond quickly to end user issues, collaborate with technical teams, and analyze reimbursement data to propose solutions to operational challenges. Responsibilities: • Responds quickly to end user questions and concerns. • Understands application infrastructure to facilitate support activities and system maintenance. • Analyzes account/patient reimbursement data to help determine root cause, next steps, and priority. • Collaborates with team members to propose creative and purposeful solutions to operational challenges. • Communicates requirements to technical resources and assures that the designed solution will meet user needs. • Serves as a liaison between the business and technical teams and builds a strong network of relationships with various stakeholder groups. • Identifies impact to other solutions or projects and works with other product analysts and stakeholders to identify options and recommendations. • Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications: Required: • College Graduate • Three or more years of relevant work experience • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook • Basic understanding of SQL and database concepts • Basic unix scripting and understanding of Dev OPS • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills • Multi-tasking abilities to ensure completion of high-priority, concurrent efforts • Effective communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills Company: HCA Healthcare provides medical education and healthcare services in locally managed facilities.
