Responsibilities About the Role: The Sr Cybersecurity Analyst executes parts of GMF's Cybersecurity Program, advising on cybersecurity risk management, organizing information, enabling risk decisions, and addressing threats to protect company assets. The role involves supporting security initiatives, collaborating internally and externally, and building partnerships across the enterprise to safeguard information assets effectively. Track, monitor, and report on cybersecurity initiatives, milestones, and remediation efforts. Engage with Cybersecurity teams to identify, prioritize, and execute initiatives and projects. Promote cybersecurity policies, standards, and controls within the organization. Collaborate with business partners to address cybersecurity needs. Prepare reports on cybersecurity program activities. Identify opportunities to improve processes, technology, and team efficiency. Serve as a liaison for Cybersecurity concerns across departments. Continuously update skills and pursue certifications to stay current. Candidate Profile Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of risk management, cybersecurity concepts, audit management, and the ability to adapt and think critically. They should demonstrate strategic thinking, effective communication, and collaboration skills, with experience in documentation tools, automation, and a passion for cybersecurity demonstrated through education or certifications. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field. 3-5 years of experience in complex business environments, working with senior management. At least 1 year of experience in domains like Network Security, Governance, Risk Management, or related areas. Information Security Certifications preferred.
