Onsite Requirements: Remote At least three (3) years in business analysis involving user needs and solution implementation Two (2) years of IT management experience preferred Job Description:
Job Responsibilities: Perform needs analyses to define opportunities for new or improved business processes. Consult with users to identify system requirements; coordinate with IT/vendor technical staff. Build consensus among IT stakeholders. Help define projects with consideration for training, documentation, testing, and implementation. Set project goals and plans. Maintain project timeframes, estimates, and status reports. Manage resources (equipment and personnel). Coordinate project team members, develop schedules and assign responsibilities. Coordinate implementation efforts across groups. Deliver projects on time and within budget. Use project management tools to track progress and performance. Perform risk analyses and develop contingency plans. Implement corrective measures as needed. Identify and manage scope changes. Keep IT and user leadership updated on statuses. Manage post-implementation support and improvements. Organize and lead project meetings. Conduct feasibility and trade-off analyses. Research system compatibility for hardware/software changes. Manage development work of external vendors. Assist users in testing OCC solutions. Work with programmers on system development and project distribution. Perform other related duties as assigned. Ability to work additional hours as needed. Knowledge and Skills Required: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Office 365, SharePoint, Adobe Strong knowledge of software development, design, databases, and reporting Experience with Colleague Studio, Visual Studio, SQL Server, SSRS, Informer, and SharePoint Familiarity with ERP, CRM, portals, and enterprise applications Knowledge of Ellucian systems (Colleague, Self-Service, Experience, CRM Recruit/Advise) SharePoint workflows and Office 365 tools (Power Automate, SharePoint Designer) Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to build consensus and maintain strong user relationships Experience with project management tools (MS Project) PMP or PMI certification preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or related field required. Master's degree preferred. Experience: Five (5) years in an IT environment with: At least three (3) years in business analysis involving user needs and solution implementation Two (2) years of IT management experience preferred Experience working with multicultural students and staff preferred **3rd party and subcontract staffing agencies are not eligible for partnership on this position. 3rd party subcontractors need not apply.
