$95,000 - $115,000 base About the Role We are seeking a talented and driven Senior Project Engineer to support the planning, design, and delivery of water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure projects for municipal clients across Ohio. This is a growth-oriented role ideal for engineers with 4-7 years of experience who are ready to take on more responsibility, contribute to impactful projects, and grow into future leadership positions. Key Responsibilities Support project managers in the execution of water infrastructure projects from design through construction Prepare engineering reports, technical specifications, and construction documents Perform hydraulic modeling and design calculations for water, wastewater, and stormwater systems Coordinate with multi-discipline teams including CAD designers, subconsultants, and regulatory agencies Assist in developing project scopes, schedules, and budgets Participate in client meetings and presentations Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a collaborative team environment Qualifications B.S. or M.S. in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering (or related field) 4-7 years of experience in water / wastewater / stormwater infrastructure design Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or ability to obtain within 12 months Proficiency in hydraulic modeling, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D preferred Strong technical writing and communication skills Familiarity with Ohio EPA and other regulatory requirements Why Join Us?
