Description Description GeBBS Healthcare Solutions is a leading provider of Health Information Management (HIM) and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services. We are currently seeking Remote, Full & Part-Time, Outpatient Coding Auditors to join our growing team of coding professionals. This is a remote opportunity offering flexible hours, with a minimum of 20 hours per week. Position Summary As a remote, Outpatient Coding Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting detailed audits of outpatient coding and charge capture. This includes a strong focus on Outpatient Surgeries, Observations, Interventional Radiology, Cath, Ancillary, Facility ED/EM, and Injections & Infusions coding. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and coding integrity based on the latest official coding guidelines and client requirements. Key Responsibilities Perform quality assurance audits on outpatient coded records Review coding for Outpatient Surgeries, Observations, Interventional Radiology, Cath, Ancillary, Facility ED/EM and Injections & Infusions Identify trends, provide feedback, and assist in coder education when necessary Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding guidelines and payer policies Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve audit processes and outcomes Requirements Required Credentials: CCS, RHIT, and/or COC Experience: Minimum of 3 years of recent outpatient coding and auditing experience Strong proficiency in EHR systems (EPIC with OPTUM Encoder highly preferred) Knowledge of CMS and commercial payer guidelines Prefer full-time availability, but will consider part-time with a minimum of 20 hours/week Why Join GeBBS?
