Base pay range
$79.00/hr - $84.00/hr Were looking for a Senior Java Backend Developer to join a dynamic team working on high-scale messaging platforms (email, push, in-app). If you're passionate about building scalable backend services and cloud-native systems, wed love to hear from you! Develop, maintain & debug Java-based backend services Work on distributed systems and messaging platforms Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment Lead initiatives, mentor teammates, and drive engineering best practices What Were Looking For 5+ years of Java backend development experience Strong knowledge of microservices, cloud platforms & Linux environments Experience with CI/CD, TDD, monitoring & metrics Bonus: Scala experience and prior leadership/mentorship Duration: 6 months | Remote: Yes (Must work EST hours) Seniority level
