OR Master's Degree and 8 years of previous related experience in supply chain. What else we look for (Preferred): Proven successful project management skills. Proven expertise in MS Office Suite. Excellent facilitation and presentation skills. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills including high discretion/judgment in decision making. Excellent documentation, communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives. Recognized as an expert in own area with specialized depth within the organization. Extensive understanding of Edwards policies, procedures and guidelines relevant to local and/or global supply chain including FDA and ISO laws and regulations. Ability to transfer essential knowledge and mentor other team members on specialized skills. Ability to work in ambiguous situations and build business framework to navigate through complexity. Strict attention to detail. Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment. Represents leadership on projects within a specific area interfacing with project managers and cross functional teams. Consult in a project setting within specific area. Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control. For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $118,000 to $167,000 (highly experienced). The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
