Description Project Kuiper aims to increase global broadband access through a constellation of 3,236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). Its mission is to provide fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities worldwide, helping to bridge the digital divide for various customers including consumers, businesses, and government agencies. The Product Manager - Technical (PM-T) will lead the definition of requirements and development of systems related to enterprise customer onboarding, order management, broadband service provisioning, and satellite terminal device management. This includes integrations with telecom customer systems, sales channels, and internal systems. This role is the single threaded owner (STO) for large enterprise customer-facing systems, APIs, and business management tools for broadband connectivity services. The PM-T will develop a vision, establish timelines, and ensure system readiness for Kuiper service launch. Collaboration with enterprise customers, Kuiper Engineering, AWS, and Amazon teams is essential. Key Responsibilities
Work with senior business and engineering leaders to understand requirements, develop solutions, and deploy customer onboarding and service activation capabilities. Own goals and deliverables to enable scalable system development and optimal customer experience. Communicate effectively across teams and with leadership, including VPs and broader Amazon teams. Lead large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives with a focus on innovation and simplification. Use data and metrics to drive business cases and decision-making. Bachelor's degree 7+ years in technical product or program management 5+ years delivering product features and managing tradeoffs 3+ years launching 0-1 products Preferred Qualifications
Experience working directly with engineers on product enhancements Knowledge of project management, business analysis, or process improvement Experience with AWS SDK or similar technologies Amazon is an equal opportunity employer.
