• Strategic Leadership:
• Develop the vision and roadmap for the Discord Shop.
• Drive user adoption and revenue growth—you own the annual revenue target .
• Go-To-Market Execution:
• Coordinate content planning, promotions, pricing, and merchandising.
• Manage co-marketing with major brand collaborations (e.g., SpongeBob, Valorant, Street Fighter).
• Team Management:
• Lead and grow a small marketing team .
• Streamline internal processes to enable faster content deployment and improved outcomes.
• Work with Product , Business Development , and Partnerships .
• Integrate Shop features deeply into the Discord experience for better discovery and monetization.
• 8+ years in online retail, e-commerce, or gaming merchandising.
• Experience in gaming industry.
• Strong operations/project management chops.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive zero-to-one product marketing.
• Preferably has a startup or entrepreneurial background.
