Base pay range
$130,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr We are looking for a Senior Scheduler for a major hyperscale data center project and seeking a skilled Project Scheduler to play a critical role in driving on-time delivery. Join an established mission-critical construction firm with ongoing Hyperscale projects nationwide. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and optimize detailed project schedules for hyperscale data center construction using Oracle Primavera P6 Utilize advanced scheduling visualization tools and techniques to clearly communicate timelines, dependencies, and critical path information Coordinate scheduling activities across multiple subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to align project milestones Monitor project progress, update schedules proactively, and analyze potential impacts to timelines Provide comprehensive scheduling reports and visual dashboards to project leadership for informed decision-making Support risk identification and mitigation through schedule analysis and scenario planning Qualifications: Ideal but not essential proven experience scheduling hyperscale or mission-critical data center construction projects Expertise with Oracle Primavera P6 (latest version) and demonstrated ability to create dynamic schedule visualizations Strong knowledge of data center construction sequencing, logistics, and mission-critical environment requirements Proficiency in integrating scheduling tools with visualization software to enhance clarity and stakeholder engagement Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with cross-functional teams Detail-oriented with strong analytical mindset and ability to manage complex, multi-faceted schedules Seniority level
