This role drives product-market fit, roadmap execution, compliance readiness (GS1, DSCSA, FSMA, etc.), and innovation to support supply chain visibility and automation across multiple industries. The Product Manager works cross-functionally with sales, marketing, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure Sonaria delivers measurable customer value and aligns with Lowry's growth goals. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Market Leadership Define and continuously refine Sonaria’s product vision and value proposition based on customer, market, and compliance trends. Develop and execute a scalable roadmap that addresses the evolving needs of supply chain operations, including GS1-driven initiatives. Identify and validate new product opportunities using voice of customer research, competitor analysis, and market intelligence. Analyze factors such as pricing, distribution, financial performance, and product-market conditions to inform strategic direction. Product Development & Execution Translate customer and market requirements into clear product features and user stories; manage the product backlog. Work collaboratively with engineering, UX, QA, and customer teams to drive agile product releases and innovation cycles. Guide cross-functional teams in defining and prioritizing features that enhance customer satisfaction, compliance, and profitability. Sales, Customer Engagement & Support Support revenue growth through product enablement and sales training, and serve as a subject matter expert during sales cycles. Deliver compelling product demos and presentations to internal teams, clients, and strategic partners. Develop collateral such as presentations, training materials, and go-to-market assets for Sonaria and related offerings. Attend and represent Lowry Solutions at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to evangelize the product and gather feedback. Market & Compliance Intelligence Maintain deep understanding of supply chain compliance and regulatory trends, including GS1, EPCIS, Digital Link, UDI, DSCSA, FSMA, and others. Provide input into Sonaria’s compliance capabilities to support customers in meeting mandates from Walmart, the FDA, and other regulatory bodies. Requirements Knowledge and Skills Strong understanding of product management frameworks, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and software development lifecycle. Familiarity with GS1 standards and other supply chain regulatory frameworks. Proven ability to perform market and customer analysis, define and execute go-to- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, influence without authority, and lead through ambiguity. market strategies, and drive business growth. Education And or Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related field; MBA preferred. 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS, supply chain, or industrial technology environments. Demonstrated success launching and scaling B2B enterprise software platforms. The employee will be required to travel out of town an estimated 50% by land and/or air. This is an estimate and actual travel could be above or below this amount, as the position requires.
