The Senior Product Manager will join the BSC Electrophysiology Upstream Marketing team dedicated to bringing an ICE (Intracardiac Echocardiography) product offering to the Boston Scientific EP portfolio. This person will own the current and future roadmap of ICE system product development insights including global market assessment, Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement, and imaging workflow impact on the overall BSC EP portfolio. Additionally, this person will lead competitive ICE feature tracking and clinical strategies, staying apprised of market dynamics and influencing future BSC imaging needs. The Senior Product Manager will represent the broader development team when interacting with Physicians at Advisory Boards, Innovation Center visits, animal labs, and other meetings with KOLs. They must prioritize physician feedback and use those meetings to turn feedback into actionable insights to best inform the Franchise of future development opportunities. They will work closely with a cross-functional team including R&D, program management, clinical, and regulatory and must manage multiple development projects in parallel, independently, with minimal supervision. Your responsibilities will include: Upstream activities for the first-generation ICE console and accessories. This will include verifying user needs, business input voice-of-customer (VOC) feedback. Influencing and defining future generations of the ICE console and accessories - defining user needs and business inputs, collecting VOC feedback, and outlining future iterations or improvements for accessories and their compatibility with the ICE system including considerations for FARAPULSE and OPAL HDx systems compatibility. Leading product feature and competitive capability insights for the ICE product line including current and future competitors. Special attention to tracking trends in competitive ICE offerings and differentiators, including reprocessing trends, imaging enhancements, software functionalities, partnerships between vendors, and more. Market research for the ICE marketing and development team, including (but not limited to) qualitative and quantitative studies; Attitude, trends, and usage reports; and synthesizing data. Working closely with the sales, R&D, and clinical teams to identify claims and opportunities to differentiate with clinically meaningful research supporting ICE adoption. Influencing Global Marketing, Sales Training, R&D Engineering, Regulatory, and Medical Education teams/functions to support successful product launches. This includes providing ongoing support for cross-functional education, and/or resource & collateral creation. Other duties as required. Required qualifications: Completion of undergraduate degree (Bachelor of Science or Arts) 5+ years of prior experience in product management, healthcare marketing, cardiac sales, Sonographer, ultrasound support, mapping clinical support, and/or R&D engineering Proven track record of Physician and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and partner with internal/external stakeholders Preferred qualifications: Completion of MBA or Master of Engineering Work experience in the medical device industry Background with Ultrasound or Electrophysiology technologies
