Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Industry Enablement, to lead a team responsible for developing deep industry expertise across our global field and partner seller ecosystem. This role will focus on the industries and sub-industries we serve within AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations), D&M (Design and Manufacturing), and M&E (Media and Entertainment).
As a key leader in our Strategic Industries, Motions, and Methodologies organization, you will shape and deliver world-class enablement programs that inspire, educate, and elevate our teams combining data-driven strategy with creativity, innovation, and fun.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enablement and program management disciplines, a solid understanding of adult learning theories, and a passion for creating high-impact, engaging experiences that drive adoption and innovation.
Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a global team of Industry Enablement Managers responsible for building and scaling expertise across AECO, D&M, and M&E sectors Develop and execute industry enablement strategies that deepen seller and partner understanding of customer challenges, opportunities, and value propositions across industries and sub-industries Design and deliver enablement programs using a variety of formats: workshops, live training, on-demand content, gamified experiences, and innovative engagement methods Leverage data and insights from enablement platforms to inform decision-making, track program effectiveness, and continuously optimize engagement and outcomes Incorporate adult learning best practices to ensure programs meet learners where they are and drive meaningful behavior change and knowledge retention Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, GTM Strategy, Partner and Industry Strategy teams to align programs with broader business priorities Bring creativity and fun into the enablement experience through gamification, storytelling, and out-of-the-box thinking that motivates, inspires, and energizes teams Manage program execution with a focus on scalability, repeatability, and continuous improvement Foster a culture of innovation and growth within the team, encouraging experimentation, collaboration, and leadership development
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree or certifications in Education, Business, or a related field is a plus 7 years of experience in sales enablement, industry enablement, learning and development, or program management, preferably in a B2B technology or SaaS environment 3 years of experience leading high-performing, globally distributed teams 2 years of people management experience Deep understanding of enablement frameworks, program management best practices, and adult learning principles Strong ability to use data, insights, and platforms to drive decisions, measure success, and adjust strategies
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with AECO, D&M, and/or M&E industries Creative, innovative mindset with a passion for creating engaging, meaningful learning experiences Experience with gamification techniques, enablement technologies (e.g., LMS, content management systems, CRM platforms), and sales engagement tools Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $134,900 and $218,240. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
