Base pay range $80.00/hr - $95.00/hr Akkodis is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Solutions Architect and Technical Manager for a contract position based in Woodlawn, MD. Ideally, We are looking for expertise in developing enterprise-wide architecture, leading multiple development and implementations, providing guidance and leadership with development Team Leads. JOB TITLE: ServiceNow Solutions Architect EMPLOYMENT TYPE: 18 Months Contract Salary Range: $80 - $95/Hour (Salary may be negotiable based upon experience, education, geographic location, and other factors ). Responsibilities Lead the ServiceNow Architecture development, enhancements and implementations. Collaborate with customers and stakeholders in utilizing ServiceNow for managing enterprise services and enhancements using new technologies (i.e., AI and automation). Build roadmaps, provide recommendations, lead development and utilization of new technologies and services to enhance and fully utilize ServiceNow services and capabilities. Provide assistance to development teams as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's and 12 years of experience, Master's and 10 years of experience or 18+ in lieu of a degree 10+ years of experience as ServiceNow Developer 5+ years as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect 5+ years leading ServiceNow development teams 5+ years of experience with technical discussions and reviews. 5+ years of experience across numerous parts of the ServiceNow platform and experience with commonly integrated third-party technologies 5+ years of experience with developing ServiceNow solutions across various platform applications, such as ITSM, ITOM (HAM and SAM), ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, HR 5+ years of Industry experience (e.g. Financial Services, Healthcare, High Tech, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.) 5+ years of technical leadership experience driving change/solutions. Ability to work in a high growth, fast paced environment Excellent understanding of system architecture, design principles, and impacts Experience supporting IT related data integrity (CMDB, HAM, SAM etc.) Excellent technical leadership skills and initiative to take on additional responsibilities. Excellent written and oral communication skills to deliver technical solutions simply and succinctly Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Contract requirement.
