Senior Project Manager - Corporate Interiors
Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite)
Position: Direct-Hire / Full-time (40 Hours per week)
Compensation: $130,000-$160,000 annually
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead high-profile corporate interior projects across all phases-from concept through closeout. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives in managing large-scale commercial environments and overseeing multiple teams in a fast-paced setting.

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead high-profile corporate interior projects across all phases-from concept through closeout. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives in managing large-scale commercial environments and overseeing multiple teams in a fast-paced setting.
What You'll Be Doing
- Define and communicate clear project goals, scope, and expectations.
- Direct, control, and monitor all phases of project execution, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Manage timelines, staffing, budgets, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
- Lead projects ranging from 25,000 to 100,000+ sq. ft. in commercial or corporate tenant improvement environments.
- Oversee design development, construction documents, and ensure quality control and code compliance.
- Develop project schedules and budgets; draft and review AIA and related contracts.
- Negotiate project fees and manage contract execution.
- Monitor financial performance, proactively identifying risks and ensuring projects stay on track.
- 5+ years of experience in tenant improvement or commercial interior architecture.
- 2+ years in a formal project management role.
- Proven success leading projects from design through construction.
- Strong multitasker with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project).
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD (2016+) and Revit.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited institution.
- LEED AP or other sustainability-related credential preferred.
- Licensure or equivalent certification strongly preferred (support available for California PM licensing if required).
