Job Summary:

Publicis Sapient is looking for a

Senior Product Manager with hands-on experience in OpenLink Endur

to join a key engagement in the energy sector. This individual will lead ETRM product initiatives, working closely with client stakeholders, strategists, and technical teams to define, design, and deliver scalable, efficient, and transformative energy trading solutions.

The ideal candidate must

have experience building Endur solutions

(not just as a user), and must understand the full trade lifecycle, commodities, and risk management processes. Strong ETRM product ownership, stakeholder management, and Endur platform expertise are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Ownership:

Develop and own the product vision and strategy in alignment with client goals and market/user research. Shape product propositions that drive business value and improved customer experience. Define and maintain product roadmaps and prioritize features aligned to vision and business outcomes. Conduct market and user research using design thinking to guide product strategy. Establish and maintain customer journey maps and validate them through user testing.

Stakeholder Management & Delivery:

Collaborate with strategists, architects, and client stakeholders to define scope and requirements for ETRM implementations. Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring that solutions meet business needs. Lead ideation sessions and workshops to gather requirements and identify opportunities. Ensure the successful planning, delivery, and assurance of workstream deliverables. Provide leadership and mentorship to business analysts and junior team members.

ETRM Functional Expertise (OpenLink Endur):

Deliver hands-on leadership in Endur V16 or higher, including:

Deal modeling, C-motion, reference data, risk valuation, invoicing, settlements, and reporting PnL & Exposure reports and simulations Market Managers setup and configurations

Strong understanding of Oil Trading & Scheduling, crude and refined product markets. Deep knowledge of derivative instruments (futures, swaps, options) across US and European markets. Collaborate with trading, operations, and market risk groups to model new business/products. Manage Endur-related solution design, business requirements, testing, and end-user training.

Required Qualifications:

Hands-on experience building solutions in OpenLink Endur V16+ Proven experience in ETRM/CTRM systems, particularly in oil trading Strong knowledge of energy commodities and derivatives trading Demonstrated ability to drive product design and development in an agile environment Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills Experience with stakeholder management and expectation setting Capable of managing multiple priorities and fast-paced project environments Willingness to be onsite 3 4 days/week in Juno Beach, FL, or travel bi-weekly

Preferred Skills:

Experience managing offshore technical teams Exposure to risk valuation and financial settlements within Endur Experience preparing process documentation and training business users Familiarity with Agile SAFe methodologies
