Project Manager
Position Overview: We are seeking a top-tier Project Manager to oversee large-scale industrial projects throughout Louisiana. This role requires exceptional leadership skills and extensive experience managing complex, multi-million dollar industrial operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of large-scale industrial projects from initiation to completion Coordinate multiple work crews (50-200+ workers) across various disciplines Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation Interface with client representatives, contractors, and regulatory agencies Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality standards Conduct regular progress meetings and provide detailed project reporting Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies Coordinate logistics, equipment, and material procurement Oversee project documentation and change management processes Required Qualifications: H2S certification (H2S Clear) First Aid certification TWIC card Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Minimum 10 years project management experience in industrial settings Minimum 5 years managing projects valued at $10M+ PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials Strong leadership and communication skills Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.) Experience with budget management and cost control Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree in relevant field Previous experience in oil & gas or petrochemical industry Experience managing turnaround/shutdown projects Six Sigma or Lean certification Experience with Louisiana regulatory requirements Schedule: Variable based on project requirements, subject to change Compensation: Competitive salary/daily rate commensurate with experience
