Position Overview The Vice President of Electrical Project Management will lead all aspects of project delivery across the Omaha / Missouri region and support national initiatives. This executive role is responsible for high-level operational oversight, strategic client management, and cross-functional leadership of major electrical construction projects. The ideal candidate brings a proven record of success managing large-scale electrical projects and leading high-performing teams in dynamic, schedule-critical environments. Key Responsibilities Oversee all regional electrical project management functions-ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance. Provide executive leadership on complex projects across verticals such as data centers, industrial facilities, and critical infrastructure. Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers, Superintendents, and support staff across multiple job sites and phases. Interface with clients, general contractors, engineering partners, and key stakeholders to ensure strong communication and execution alignment. Develop and drive project execution strategies, including prefabrication planning, manpower forecasting, procurement timelines, and cost controls. Implement consistent project management best practices, reporting protocols, and risk mitigation strategies across all jobs. Partner closely with estimating and preconstruction teams to support business development and project acquisition. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline. Advanced certifications (PMP, PE, etc.) preferred. 12+ years of progressive experience in electrical construction project management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven success managing high-value projects ($100M+), particularly in mission-critical or technically complex environments (e.g., data centers, heavy industrial). Strong knowledge of NEC, OSHA, safety standards, and construction best practices. Proficient in project management software such as Primavera P6, Procore, Microsoft Project, and/or Autodesk Construction Cloud. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage risk, and maintain accountability at all levels of execution.
