ARSIEM is seeking a
Senior Systems Administrator
to support systems administration for mission operations related to Defensive Cybersecurity, supporting a government client in Laurel, Maryland. Responsibilities
Support Blue Team missions, with opportunities to support Red, Hunt, and JCMA missions as needed. Assist with operator laptop builds, software installation, and configuration. Maintain the Cyber Range and Lab environments through systems administration and automation to support training, mimic customer systems, and develop prototypes. Develop scripts to automate environment setup and maintenance. Participate in developing innovative solutions to enhance mission capabilities. Collaborate directly with the customer in a fast-paced environment using leading technologies. Mentor team members and learn new techniques and tools. Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions. Minimum Qualifications
Experience in Windows and Linux Systems Administration. Systems Integration expertise. Knowledge of PXE boot processes. Scripting experience with Bash, Ansible, Python, PowerShell. Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools, preferably Terraform. Cybersecurity experience, such as vulnerability analysis or adversary emulation, is a plus. Ability to create SOPs and document installation procedures. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with PXE Boot, Ansible, Python, Bash, PowerShell, Terraform, and Splunk. Salary range: $160,000 - $179,000 per year. This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and U.S. citizenship. Benefits
