Risk Manager
with strong operational expertise to build and scale their risk function. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys creating risk frameworks from the ground up. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage transaction risk monitoring programs Establish and maintain risk policies, procedures, and systems Conduct risk assessments across financial, credit, operational, and compliance areas Serve as point of contact for regulators, auditors, and external stakeholders Requirements: 4–8 years of experience in financial or operational risk, ideally in fintech, banking, or payments Proven ability to design and implement risk frameworks Strong knowledge of fintech risk, regulatory compliance (e.g., AML/KYC), and risk analytics tools If you're looking to make a real impact in a dynamic, high-growth environment, apply now!
