Description
The Inventory Management (IM) team within Regulatory Intelligence Safety and Compliance (RISC) is seeking an experienced Senior Risk Manager to support our global scope of managing inventory for regulations and recalls.
The Senior Risk Manager will be responsible for managing global risk and compliance programs, including inventorying, assessing, controlling, and monitoring project-related risks. The candidate must be hands-on with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and iterate strategies to identify, assess, and remediate risks across expanding projects.
- Collaborate across teams to define inventory management and removal requirements.
- Implement governance, inspection, and standardization for inventory management and removal processes worldwide.
- Identify opportunities within the compliance inventory lifecycle and develop solutions to address gaps.
- Develop metrics and report progress in weekly and monthly business reviews.
- Develop short, medium, and long-term strategies to scale the program.
The ideal candidate should have excellent business, communication, and writing skills, be proficient in influencing senior stakeholders through data-driven insights, and capable of working independently in ambiguous environments.

Minimum Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in compliance, audit, or risk management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Proven leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze ambiguous problems and lead discussions with senior management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.
- Experience with technology, lean principles, or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Master's degree or equivalent.
- Experience managing inventory or supply chain processes.
