Immediate opportunity for a Senior Platform Engineer/HRIS Analyst to join a top-notch company experiencing rapid growth! This role serves as a technical point of contact for their assigned functional areas and is involved in the design, build, test, deployment, security, upgrades, integrations, maintenance, and user support of our HRIS, SAP SuccessFactors. They will also assist with other systems like UKG Dimensions and SAP Concur, which are supported by the People Technology team.
Overall, the Senior Platform Engineer/HRIS Analyst performs systems configuration and supports the coordination of end-to-end systems functionality testing. They are capable of leading HRIS workstreams on internal projects and contribute to driving process efficiencies and improvements across the landscape.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee the daily administration and support of HR systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, UKG Dimensions, SAP Concur), ensuring seamless functionality and addressing any system issues or user queries.
Lead systems projects, including upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with other business systems. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Analyze system performance and propose improvements to enhance system efficiency, user experience, and alignment with business objectives.
Work closely with HR business partners, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure system requirements are met.
Have a passion for technology and want to create solutions that prioritize the experience of employees, managers, and candidates.
Ensure systems adhere to data security standards, privacy regulations, and organizational policies, maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
5+ years of hands-on experience supporting at least 3 of the following SAP SuccessFactors modules: Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Learning, Performance/Goals, Succession/Development, People Analytics and/or Employee Central. Preference will be given to candidates with strong experience supporting Compensation and Talent modules (Learning, Performance/Goals, etc).
Hands-on experience with MDF, foundation objects, associations, business rules, and workflows
In-depth experience with all the Data Models/templates and proficient knowledge of editing XML
Familiar with integrated SuccessFactors with 3rd party enterprise applications using Integration Center and APIs
SAP Certifications in at least 2 of the following modules: Compensation, LMS, Performance Management, Employee Central, People Analytics, Recruiting, Onboarding, or People Analytics
Ideal candidate would also be familiar with Employee Central Payroll, UKG Dimensions, ADP, and/or SAP Concur
Excel at partnering with business stakeholders to autonomously deliver solutions
Demonstrate outstanding initiative and interpersonal skills
