Hybrid | Northeast Atlanta (Relocating to North Metro area in Q4)

Were hiring a Compensation and Incentive Analyst to support the design and execution of performance-based pay programs across key business units. This is a great opportunity to make an impact in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What Youll Do:

• Design, update, and manage incentive compensation models
• Build Excel tools using pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and macros
• Partner with HR and business leaders to improve pay structures
• Audit payroll and performance data to identify and fix discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor laws
• Maintain documentation and version control of models and templates
• Lead end-to-end pay plan projectsfrom concept to rollout
• Support internal reporting, audits, and compensation data requests
• Standardize plan language with HR, Legal, and Compensation

What You Bring:

• 1+ years of experience as a compensation analyst, payroll analyst, or HR data analyst
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Must pass background check and drug screen (excluding marijuana)
