Location: Plano, TX & East Brunswick, NJ (Only local candidates) Full Time & Contract Job Description
In this position, you will lead the development of Salesforce projects and guide the team from concept through execution, ensuring overall quality of the project vision and solution. Responsibilities include defining experience concepts based on understanding needs, tasks, and goals of the target audiences. Working closely with clients to translate business requirements into meaningful interactive experiences. Leading and/or participating in immersive user research, concept testing, and usability testing. As liaison, you'll communicate and collaborate with technical staff, executive and management stakeholders regarding status, technical issues, and creative solutions. Implement and deploy AppExchange products. Other responsibilities include training and supporting staff with configuration tasks such as field/page updates, workflows, and automated approvals. Willingness to help develop a growing team and mentoring professionals at all levels is a big plus. Roles & Responsibilities
Lead efforts to sell new consulting business, working with client sales teams and coordination with the client's delivery team to ensure alignment during the sales cycle. Devising strategies to create innovative offerings aligned with Salesforce's strategy, grow consulting services revenues, and expand the business both in the USA and internationally. Create, promote, and drive sales of new go-to-market offerings related to Salesforce. Manage and mentor client's Salesforce Alliance Director, and network with Salesforce to increase visibility and credibility within their organization, including building relationships within Salesforce industry teams. Work with client's marketing team to execute campaigns to build the Salesforce brand and generate leads. Report to client management and track progress according to plans. Coordinate with the Salesforce delivery team and the client's People Management Group regarding recruitment and retention of Salesforce practice team members. Seniority level
