Every day, more than 80 000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.Main Responsibilities Accountabilities & Authorities:Perform inspections and ensure product compliance (check after rework) according to Quality Control PlanRecords inspection results in the industrial digital tools as requiredSupport EPU manager for Station to Station Hand OverPerform Workstation Quality Animation with EPU (Elementary Production Unit) manager including simple problem solving (5W)Perform destructive & non-destructive examinationPerformance measurements:Inspection method time adherenceSelf-Inspection effectivenessProper defect characterization (e.g. Defect catalogue, 5W2H, Acceptance criteria's, ...)Management of rework (Validation included)Educational RequirementsMandatory:Associates degree, technical major preferredMust be able to read drawings / specifications and familiar with a variety of test equipmentSpecial Process Qualification minimum at Level 2 according to Quality Academy criteria'sDesirable:Railway experience is a "plus" Experience4+ years quality inspection experience within manufacturing industry including using of digital toolsCompetencies and SkillsRigor & communicationExperience in operational activities, in documentation management & collaboration and team workingYou don't need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
