Software Engineer 3 (.Net Developer)

Location: 1525 W W T Harris Blvd., Charlotte, NC - 28262 - Hybrid Roles (3 Days Onsite/2 Days WFH)
Interview process:

Job Descriptions:
• In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Software Engineering and contribute to large-scale planning related to Software Engineering deliverables.
• Review and analyze moderately complex Software Engineering challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Software Engineering deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with client personnel in Software Engineering.

• 4-6 years of engineering experience
• .Net Core experience

• C# programming
• SSRS/SSIS
• Supports a couple applications, primarily a sanctions screening application. It's a Tier 1/Tiier2 app with high visibility. Engineers on this team are full stack. Must have SSRS/SSIS as opposed to any related or otherwise applicable tech. App is 20 years old and is always growing.
• Should be able to work on 2-3 coding initiatives at the same time. As a Senior Engineer, they should be able to train the junior engineers. Sometimes will participate in production installs and change requests in Servicenow as well. Will involve a couple extra hours later or on weekends once a month or per quarter, may likely adjust their schedule to accommodate. Will do Level 3 support of the application.
Required Qualifications:
• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• 4+ years of software engineering experience
• 4+ years of C# programming and .NET Framework experience
• 4+ years of MS SQL server experience
• 3+ years of .NET Core experience
• 3+ years of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Servicer Reporting Services (SSRS) experience, or a combination of both
• 3+ years of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) experience.
• 3 + years of experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
• 3+ years of Agile experience
Desired Qualifications:
• 3+ years of Python programming experience
• Prior experience with Wells Fargo systems
• n industry-standard technology certification
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• bility to identify and manage complex issues and negotiate solutions within a geographically dispersed organization.
• bility to gather and document technical design and requirements.
• bility to facilitate design sessions.
