Come join Cognitiv as a Senior Software Engineer and be a part of our fast-growing company on the cutting edge of artificial intelligence! We are looking for a talented, highly motivated software engineer with proficiency in machine learning technologies. This engineer will play a key role in the development of our ML Ops platform, specifically powering the in-house Identity systems. Together with Cognitiv’s team of engineers and scientists, you will help build the next generation of deep learning models that allow our campaigns to perform at scale. This position will be located in the Bellevue, WA office with a hybrid work schedule of 3 days in office (Mon/Tue/Wed) and 2 days remote (Thursday/Friday). Responsibilities
Lead technical design, architecture and development of critical projects Analyze new and existing system requirements and propose novel solutions Implement and optimize ML Ops platform related to Identity Resolution and Identity Graphs, leveraging both industry standard systems and proprietary in-house solutions Collaborate with other Engineering teams and cross-functional partners to build system functionality that supports high-performance ML-driven products Be a mentor for Junior Engineers through Code Reviews, Pair Programming, Design Reviews. Develop automated testing and benchmarking routines Requirements
Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or related field 5+ years development building back-end services in .NET Framework/Core 5+ years of experience designing and implementing RDBMS data models (Postgres, MSSQL, Oracle, etc.) Ability to own services end-to-end in service life cycle (planning, design, delegation, testing, operations, etc.) Familiar with ML platform and ML development lifecycle (big data preparation, model evaluation, etc.) Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions Experience with Identity, preferably Identity Resolution and Identity Graphs Preferred Qualifications
Experience using enterprise cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.) Experience with modern data warehousing technologies (Clickhouse, etc.) Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.) Experience with containerized application (Docker) Experience with ML Ops technologies (Orchestration, Model Management, Feature Stores, etc) Salary
$160,000-$210,000 Base Salary + Equity Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to job-related knowledge, level of relevant experience, education and skills.
