This role involves working on high-impact projects from inception through to deployment, in close collaboration with product and design teams to deliver solutions that resonate with users. Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of major product features and initiatives, encompassing both frontend and backend components. Design and build scalable infrastructure and services to accommodate rapid growth. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to transform user requirements into functional product features and technical designs. Set and maintain high standards for code quality, performance, and maintainability. Contribute to strategic decision-making with a focus on customer-centric solutions. Qualifications
410 years of experience as a full-stack engineer in a dynamic B2B SaaS environment. Solid computer science fundamentals and a degree from a leading engineering institution. Proven track record in leading the development of large-scale, technically intricate products. Proficiency in both frontend (React, React Native) and backend (Node/Express, MongoDB) development. Strong product and user orientation, with experience in crafting solutions that address real customer needs. Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences. Ability to make independent decisions in uncertain environments.
